About the Journal
Launched in 1992, Canada Watch is the flagship publication of the Robarts Centre for Canadian Studies at York University. A joint initiative of the Robarts Centre and the Centre for Public Law and Public Policy from 1992 to 1999, the original intent was to provide concise analytical pieces on emerging and significant Canadian issues, including an annual review of Supreme Court cases. Since then, it has become the main vehicle within the Robarts Centre community to discuss and share on current research themes and topics which advance the study of Canada.
