    Jorge Heine is the chair in global governance at the Balsillie School of International Affairs, a professor of political science at Wilfrid Laurier University, Ontario, and a distinguished fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI). His book (with Andrew F. Cooper) Which Way Latin America? Hemispheric Politics Meets Globalization is published by UN University Press.
