    Laura Macdonald and Arne Ruckert are the editors of Post-Neoliberalism in the Americas (Palgrave Macmillan, 2010). Arne Ruckert is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Political Studies and the Centre for International Policy Studies, University of Ottawa.
