    Dr. Jennifer E. Dalton teaches at the University of Toronto and publishes extensively in constitutional law, criminal justice, and public policy, primarily as applied to Indigenous peoples in Canada. She is author of Pursuing Engagement: Indigenous Reconciliation in Canada and editor of Pressing Problems and Changing Challenges: Examining the Most Significant Issues Facing Indigenous Peoples in Canada, both forthcoming with the University of Toronto Press.
