  • Kant K. Bhargava

    Kant K. Bhargava is a retired ambassador and former secretary general of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation. He has resided in Canada since 1998 and has also worked as a fellow with the Centre for the Study of Democracy at Queens University in Kingston, Ontario and as an external associate at the York Centre for International and Security Studies at York University.

  • Pawan K. Chankotra

    Pawan K. Chankotra is a research scholar at Punjab University in Chandigarh, India, and is now a permanent resident of Canada.
